Date Posted: September 4, 2019 The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has offered emergency loan to active members and pensioners in Samar province, municipalities of Pontevedra and Sigma in Capiz, and Sofronio Española in Palawan, which were declared under a state of calamity due to dengue outbreak.
