Advisory on the New Email Addresses of GSIS Offices

All GSIS members, pensioners and other claimants are advised to use the new email addresses below in submitting requirements for GSIS transactions that may now be filed through email.

Transactions that may now be electronically filed include claims for social insurance, employee compensation and pre-need benefits; application for Conso-loan, Policy Loan, Pension Loan and Emergency Loan; and Annual Pensioners Information Revalidation (APIR).

Electronic filing of documentary requirements is one of the new contactless methods of transacting with GSIS in line with our efforts to adopt to the new normal to curb the spread of COVID-19.
