Advisory on the Deactivation of Old GSIS Email Addresses

The Government Service Insurance System reminds its members, pensioners, and other claimants that the following email addresses are no longer active:


All transacting clients are therefore advised anew to use the new email addresses of the branch offices in submitting requirements for GSIS transactions through email.

Transactions that may be electronically filed include claims for social insurance, employee compensation and pre-need benefits; application for Conso-loan, Policy Loan, Pension Loan and Emergency Loan; application for commencement of pension; and Annual Pensioners Information Revalidation (APIR).

Electronic filing of documentary requirements is one of the new contactless methods of transacting with GSIS in line with our efforts to adopt to the new normal to minimize their risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus.

Inquiries or other concerns regarding our services may also be sent to the designated email addresses of the branch offices covering the agencies of active members and place of residence of pensioners.
