The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is providing all lessees of GSIS properties a 30-day grace period from the lifting of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) to settle their obligations without incurring interests, penalties, fees and other charges.
The grace period is applicable only to accumulated rental payments during the ECQ period.
This measure is in compliance with Resolution No. 33 issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases last 6 May 2020.
