In view of the continued rise in the number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in NCR, please be informed that the GSIS Head Office in Pasay City and Branch Office in Quezon City will adopt a skeleton workforce starting Monday, 22 March 2021.

The Cashiering and Check Releasing Units, Housing and General Insurance servicing units will continue to operate from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

We will, however, limit the operating hours of other frontline services to four hours, from 8:00 a.m. up to 12:00 noon. All clients who are already in our service areas by 12 noon will be accommodated.

Our Pensioners’ Lounge and eCard Enrollment Unit in the GSIS Central Office will remain closed until 31 March 2021.

The regular operating hours of all frontline services will resume after the Holy Week (April 5, 2021).

While our physical facilities will operate at a reduced capacity, our online services such as eGSISMO and GWAPS are available to accept loans and claims.

Pensioners who are due to undertake their Annual Pensioners Information Revalidation (APIR) requirement are encouraged to do so online. They may schedule their Online APIR through text (SMS) or email.

Our website and social media channel are accessible to provide information to our clients. For recent developments and information about GSIS programs, you may access the GSIS website (www.gsis.gov.ph) or official Facebook page (@gsis.ph). Our call center agents are ready to respond to your queries through the GSIS Contact Center which may be reached through telephone number 8-847-4747. You may also email your queries and send them to our official email address (gsiscares@gsis.gov.)

We assure our stakeholders that despite the circumstances, GSIS is committed to provide the best quality service while safeguarding the health of our members, pensioners and employees.

Thank you for your understanding.
