Officer in Charge Nora Malubay-Saludares shares the GSIS experience on transitioning to ISO 9001:2015 during the annual forum on Quality Management System (QMS). The Forum, which was held last Wednesday and Thursday (26 to 27 July 2017), highlighted the impact of ISO 9001:2015-based QMS on business operations. GSIS received the ISO 9001:2015 certification for its QMS on loans processing and membership administration in March this year. In 2015, GSIS was conferred the ISO 9001:2008 for its loans processing only. The System is preparing for an ISO certification on maturity and motor vehicle claims’ processes, the implementation for which is set to begin next month.
