1. What is eGSISMO?
eGSISMO stands for Electronic GSIS Member Online. A web-based system, eGSISMO allows members to electronically view any time and any where their service records and statement of loan accounts.
2. As a GSIS member, how can I access eGSISMO?
eGSISMO may be accessed 24/7 using your personal computer or tablet equipped with Internet connectivity.
3. What is the uniform resource locator (URL) or link to access eGSISMO?
eGSISMO may be accessed through http://egsismo.gsis.gov.ph/.
4. Do I need to register in the eGSISMO?
Yes, all users need to register first before logging in to eGSISMO. Make sure you know your GSIS Business Partner (BP) Number, and carefully follow the procedure, when you register.
5. Where can I get my BP number ?
You may request your BP Number from your agency authorized officer (AAO) or electronic remittance file (ERF) handler in your office. You may also get it from the Members Assistance Unit in the nearest GSIS office or from the GSIS Contact Center (847-4747).
6. Can I edit or change the details of my eGSISMO account?
No, eGSISMO contents may not be edited; you may only view information under your account.
7. What do I need to do when I encounter problems in registering?
When you encounter problems, click the HELP button and follow the procedure.
8. Can I apply for loan using eGSISMO?
No, eGSISMO is not designed to accept applications for various loan facilities of GSIS.
Instead, you may apply for loans in the GWAPS kiosks using your GSIS eCard or unified multipurpose identification (UMID) card. GWAPS kiosks are located in all GSIS branch and extension offices across the country; provincial capitols; city halls; selected municipal offices; large government agencies, such as the Department of Education; 27 Robinsons Malls; and SM City branches in North EDSA, Manila, Pampanga, Cebu, and SM Aura in Taguig City.
