The GSIS Museo ng Sining was established in April 1996. Its creation is a tribute to the creative endeavors of the contemporary Filipino. Its vision is to help define the growth and glorious flowing of Philippine visual arts.

Its objectives are:
To collect Philippine art and artistic expressions from the colonial period to the present .
To exhibit and document Philippine and non-Philippine art and artistic expressions .
To heighten art appreciation among the GSIS personnel and the general public

The GSIS Museo ng Sining functions not only as an exhibition space but as an educational technology as well. It has the following activities:
Permanent exhibition of the GSIS Art Collection
Changing exhibition in the galleries featuring cultural themes and works of new artists
Art activities, lectures, workshops, and films focused on the role of art not only as an aesthetic experience but as a significant factor in everyday life

The Muesum is open from Tuesday to Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays

Make your reservations/bookings at least one (1) month in advanced and submit the filled out form to the museum or send through fax transmission at Tel. No. 8590395. For more information, you may call us at 4793588 or email us.

Advise the GSIS Museum in case of changes in the schedule of your visit.

Register at the museum guest book before entering the museum

Food and drink, smoking, firearms, picture and video taking, and all hand carried bags, umbrellas, cameras, etc., are not allowed in the museum

Please observe proper behavior and avoid touching the artworks.
