Reminders for Applicants:

Applicants must meet the minimum requirements of the vacant position(s).

Applicants must submit the following:

  1. Application letter indicating the position being applied for, item number(s) and name of the department/office where the vacancy is. Please ensure that the item number(s) are indicated; otherwise, your application will not be acted upon.

  2. Properly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport size picture and Curriculum Vitae. The PDS should be answered completely, e.g., "inclusive dates (mm/dd/year - mm/dd/year)", etc.

  3. We advise that the following documents be ready once requested:
    - Diploma
    - Transcript of Records (TOR)
    - Authenticated copy of Certificate of Eligibility (CSC and /or RA 1080)
    - Certificate of Trainings/Seminars attended
